Gibran brings extensive experience in media rights and sports broadcasting, having secured high-value partnerships for international sports federations such as the IBA (boxing), IJF (judo), and FEI (equestrian). His expertise lies in driving global visibility for sports through strategic broadcast deals. Recently, he has expanded into influencer marketing, combining his commercial acumen with emerging fan engagement models. Passionate about sport, Gibran is driven by the challenge of unlocking new commercial opportunities across platforms.

Raphael is a marketing strategist with a strong background in sports campaigns and digital engagement, having led initiatives for UEFA, GAISF and SportAccord. Most recently, he worked in a full-service influencer marketing agency, where he helped brands connect authentically with audiences through creator partnerships in lifestyle, music, gaming and sports. With a lifelong passion for sport and content, Raphael is focused on helping clients innovate through streaming, creators, and data-driven storytelling.
Together, they've founded STRM to help sports organisations grow their audience, visibility, and revenue through live streaming, creator marketing, and next-generation media rights strategies.
